Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Craft Boutique, we want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. It is important that our customers are happy because we would not be here without you guys. If we made a mistake, we will always make it right at no expense to you. 

All product returns are free within 14 days. The product must be returned in it's original condition to receive a full refund.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all products that are returned outside of the 14 day window. For all returns, please fill out the form on our contact page.
