Excellent customer service. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. I ordered this for my mom for Christmas (a little late). I expected, or at least hoped, it would arrive before Christmas, but never expected my order to be processed and shipped less than 2 hours after I placed it! Everything arrived on time and as expected. I really appreciated the handwritten thank you note from the seller. The loom and tools are lightweight and the size seems perfect for crafting on the go. Also, it doesn’t contain any sharp edges or protrusions that might get caught on anything. I just wish it had a bag or something to keep everything together. Looking forward to using my new loom and if I find that I enjoy it I will definitely get a larger size.
